दसगजामा पुगेर राजेन्द्र महतोले यस्तो भने -‘ओलीसित लभ पर्लापर्ला जस्तो भाथ्यो तर बिचैमा टुट्यो






सप्तरी,१६ साउन । सद्‌भावना पार्टीका अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र महतोले दसगजामा दुईदेशको सहमति बिना कुनै पनि संरचना निर्माण गर्न नहुने बताएका छन् । भारतले एकतर्फी रुपमा दसगजा मिचेर बाँध बनाउन थालेपछि नेपाली र भारतीयबीच झडप भएको सप्तरीको तिलाठी नजिकको विवादित बाँधस्थलमा आइतबार पुगेका महतोले सञ्चारकर्मीसित कुरा गर्दै भने, ‘सीमामा दुईदेशको सहमति बिना कुनै काम गर्नु हुँदैन ।


पार्टीका दुई वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष मृगेन्द्रकुमार सिंह यादव र नवलकिशोर साह तथा एक दर्जन केन्द्रीय सदस्य सहित कार्यकर्ताको समुह लिएर दसगजा पुगेका महतोले नेपाल सरकारको गैर जिम्मेवारीपनका कारण दसगजामा झडप भएको आरोप लगाए ।

उनले भने, ‘जनता दसगजामा सीमा रक्षार्थ टाउको फोडाउँदै छन्, सरकार भने कुर्सी खोसियो भन्ने चिन्तामा बेहोस छ ।’ दसगजामा बाँध निर्माणको विषय विगत लामो समयदेखि विवादित रहँदै आएपनि राज्यले कुटनीतिकस्तरमा समाधान गर्न नसक्नु, आवश्यक समयमा पहल गर्न नसक्नु तथा राज्यका निकायहरु गैर जिम्मेवार हुनुले समस्या बढदै गएको उनले बताए ।

‘सरकार जिम्मेवार नहुँदा दसगजामा झडप भयो, बेटीरोटीको सम्बन्ध खराब गर्न नेपाली र भारतीयलाई एक आपसमा लडाउन सरकार लागेको छ,’ महतोले भने, ‘मामाले भान्जालाई भान्जाले मामालाई टाउको फोडने स्थिति सरकारी गैर जिम्मेवारीपनाका कारण भएको हो ।’

नेपाल सरकार मधेसीप्रति दुराग्रहपूर्ण भावनाले ग्रसित भएको बताए । महतोले भने, ‘जसको परिणाम तिलाठीको दसगजामा देखियो,समय छँदै समस्या समाधान नगर्ने अनि जनतालाई मर्न पठाउने ।’

राजनैतिक विषयमा बोल्दै केपी ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारलाई ढाल्न कांग्रेस, माओवादी केन्द्रको गठबन्धनले सहयोग नमागेको भएपनि आफूहरु अविश्वासकै पक्षमा मतदान गर्ने सोच पहिले बनाइसकेको खुलाए ।

‘केपीओली मधेस विरोधी हुने, मधेस माग्दा युपी बिहार देखाउँछन् त्यस्ताको सरकार ढाल्न त हामीले चाहेकै हो,’ महतोले भने, ुसरकारको विपक्षमा उभिएको गठबन्धनलाई त्यही भएर त्यतिबेला सहयोग गरेका हौं ।’

आफूहरु कांग्रेस‍ माओवादी गठबन्धनको सरकारमा सामेल नहुने उनले स्पष्ट पारे । प्रधानमन्त्री ओलीप्रति व्यंग्य गर्दै महतोले भने, ‘सुरुसुरुमा त मधेसको समस्या समाधान गर्छु भन्दै मलाई पनि मधेसबाट ओलीले काठमाडौं बोलाउँदा उनीसित लभ पर्ला जस्तो भाथ्यो । तर उनी त मधेसको समस्या समाधान गर्न टसमस भएनन् अनि पर्लापर्ला जस्तो भएको लभ टुट्यो ।’

महतो पार्टीका तर्फबाट बाढी पीडितका लागि राहत समाग्री लिएर सप्तरी आएका हुन् । उनले जिल्लाका दक्षिणवर्ती बाढी प्रभावित गाविसहरुको आइतबार निरीक्षण गरेका छन् ।

Travellers from Bharatpur to Kathmandu have taken to the air to escape delays while going overland with the Narayanghat-Mugling highway undergoing major repairs.

The journey normally takes 4-5 hours by motor vehicle, but with bulldozers tearing up the pavement and blocking traffic, travellers now have to be ready to spend another 3-4 hours on the road.
Airlines have been adding extra flights on the sector to cater to the growing demand. Buddha Air has begun charter flights besides increasing the frequency of its daily flights from two to five. Airline officials said that traveller numbers had more than doubled after the road upgradation work started.
Bhakta Bahadur Basnet, station manager of Buddha Air, said they had added extra flights due to growing travel demand. A one-way ticket on the 20-minute flight costs Rs3,225 per person.
Basnet said the occupancy rate on their Kathmandu-Bharatpur route was 75 percent while occupancy on the return flight was 98 percent. Buddha Air flies ATR-42 and 18-seater Beechcraft on the sector. Tara Air said it had been forced to slash its flight frequency to one daily despite the rush due to its equipment. The carrier, a subsidiary of Yeti Airlines, has been flying Dornier aircraft as the runway at Bharatpur airport is unsuitable for its Jetstream aircraft.
“The travel demand on the sector has increased dramatically. However, we have not been able to use our Jetstream aircraft due to the small runway,” said Rajesh Singh, station manager of Yeti Airlines.
He said that their flights used to carry a large number of foreign tourists in the past, but due to the difficulty of travelling by road, a majority of travellers now are Nepalis.
Keshav Lamsal, deputy manager of the airport, said that landslides and road blockades had led to a sharp rise in the number of air passengers. The number of fliers has doubled to 300 daily from 150 in the past.

Chief of Nepal’s anti-corruption body Lokman Singh Karki was a no-show at a meeting of Parliament’s Good Governance Committee which was to take up issues of irregularities in the country’s medical schools. According to Parliament sources, CIAA chief Karki cited health problems for not attending the meeting. He said he has a throat infection, and cannot speak for seven days, a source said. This comes a day after Dr Govinda KC, an activist, ended his hunger strike, which he had started 16 days ago with demands including impeachment of Karki. KC, however, ended his fast after lawmakers including the Nepali Congress’ Gagan Thapa told him the issue would be raised in Parliament.

युवतीको विषयलाई लिएर भएको ग्याङफाइटमा १८ वर्षीय युवकको मृत्यु –





काठमाडौं,१६ साउन । राजधानीको क्षेत्रपाटीमा भएको ग्याङफाइटमा एक युवकको मृत्यु भएको छ । युवतीको विषयलाई लिएर भएको ग्याङफाइटमा १८ वर्षीय सुशान्त श्रेष्ठको मृत्यु भएको महानगरीय प्रहरी वृत्त सोह्रखुट्टेले जनाएको छ । वृत्त प्रमुख सोमेन्द्रसिंह राठौरका अनुसार फाइटपछि घाइते भएका श्रेष्ठको उपचारको क्रममा काठमाडौं अस्पतालमा दिउँसो साढे २ बजे मृत्यु भएको हो ।

फाइटमा संलग्न ११ जनालाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । पक्राउ पर्नेमा सहास थापा, सौरभ श्रेष्ठ, सोहिल खान, सागर नगरकोटी, क्रिस्टल भण्डारी, सौरभ लामिछाने, सुमन तामाङ, रोशन मगर, रोहित बोहोरा, किस्मत हमाल र शरद अर्याल रहेका छन् । प्रहरीले अन्य ८ जना फरार रहेका र उनीहरुको खोजी कार्य जारी रहेको बताएको छ । राठौरले घटनाको बारेमा थप अनुसन्धान सुरु गरेको जनाए ।

पालको संविधान–२०७२ ‘ट्रान्सजेन्डर’ र ‘गे’हरुको अधिकार संरक्षणका लागि यस क्षेत्रकै सबैभन्दा बढी प्रगतिशील संविधान बनेको छ । तर उनीहरुको सामाजिक स्वीकार्यताले भने मुर्त रुप लिइसकेको छैन ।

आफ्नो शृंगार, हिल जुत्ता, विग र लुगा देखाउँदै मनिषाले भनिन्, “केटी बन्नु साँच्चिकै महंगो छ ।” तीन हप्ता भयो महेश महिलाको रुपमा बाहिर निक्लन थालेको । यद्यपि परिवार र साथीभाइका अगाडि उनी यही रुपमा देखिइसकेका छैनन् ।
दिउँसो व्यापारी र निष्ठावान छोराको भूमिकामा रहने महेश राति मनिषा बन्छन् । यो महिला रुप उनलाई सहज र आत्मीय लाग्छ ।

गत साताको एक साँझ मनिषाको शृंगार गरिरहेकी मुना पनि यस्तै दोहोरो जीवन बाँचिरहेकी छन् । महिला बन्ने चाहना पूरा गर्न मनिषाभन्दा मुनालाई गाह्रो छ । परिवारसँग सगोलमै बस्ने उनलाई राति घरबाट निस्कँदा ठूलै योजना बनाउनु पर्छ, विभिन्न बहाना र झुटको सहारा पनि चाहिन्छ ।
मुना र मनिषा रोलीको अपार्टमेन्टमा थिए त्यस दिन । आफ्नी संरक्षक रोलीलाई उनीहरु ‘आमा’ भन्छन् ।

“बाहिर रानी बनेर हिंड्नु सजिलो छैन,” मनिषा भन्छिन्, “पहिलेदेखि रानी बनेकाहरु आफ्नो क्षेत्रमा नयाँलाई देखेपछि आक्रमक हुन्छन् ।” यस्तो बेला कुनै ‘रानी’ को संरक्षणमा बाहिर निस्कँदा सजिलो र सुरक्षित भइने उनले बताइन् ।
पोहोरमात्रै ‘बाहिर’ निस्किएकी रोलीका मुना र मनिषाजस्ता ९ जना ‘छोरी’ भइसकेका छन् । रोली निकै स्नेही र सिकारुलाई नौलो रुपमा सहज अनुभव गराउन सिपालु भएकाले उनका धेरै ‘छोरी’ भएको मनिषा बताउँछिन् ।
“शुरुमा यो परिवर्तन साँच्चिकै डरलाग्दो हुनसक्छ, तर त्रास र अनिच्छालाई कसरी सम्हाल्ने भन्ने रोलीलाई ठ्याक्कै थाहा छ,” उनी भन्छिन् ।

फरासिली रोलीले आफ्ना कुरा सहजै सुनाइन् । चितवनमा रमेशका रुपमा जन्मे–हुर्केकी उनलाई आफू फरक छु भन्ने सानैदेखि थाहा थियो । “खै किन हो मैले आफूलाई केटीजस्तै महशुस गर्थें, फेसबुकको फेक अकाउण्ट मार्फत आफूजस्ता धेरैसँग सम्पर्क हुन पुग्यो,” उनले भनिन् ।

फेसबुकमा भेटिएको एकजना साथै आफ्नै गाउँको भनेपछि उनले भेट्ने निधो गरिन् । अचम्म ! ऊ त रमेशकै साथी बिक्रम रहेछ (अहिले निरजा) । चितवनको आफ्नो गाउँमा रमेश र बिक्रम भएर घुमेका उनीहरु अहिले काठमाडौंका गल्लीमा रोली र निरजा बनेर स्कुटरमा हुइँकिरहेका भेटिन्छन् ।

काठमाडौंका मुना र मनिषाभन्दा निरजाको दोहोरो जीवन धेरै सहज छ । वर्षमा एकदुई पटक चितवन जाँदा मात्रै उनले आफ्नो ‘बिक्रम’ रुप धारण गर्नुपर्छ बाँकी समय उनी निरजा नै हुन्छिन् । सौन्दर्य प्रतियोगितामा भाग लिइसकेकी उनलाई फोटो खिचाउन पनि कुनै आपत्ति छैन ।

“हाम्रो अवस्थाबारे मिडियामार्फत चेतना जगाउन सकियो भने अभिभावक सामू आउन सहज हुन्छ होला,” नक्कली परेला लगाउँदै गरेकी निरजाले भनिन् ।
अर्कोतिर मनु भने महिनामा केही दिनमात्रै महिला बन्छिन् बाँकी समय उनी कलेजको होस्टेलमा बस्ने विकास नै हुन् । कलेजको होमवर्क र परीक्षामा व्यस्त हुँदा धेरै बाहिर निस्कन नपाउने उनको महिला जीवन गोप्य नै छ ।
“परिवारको एक मात्र छोरो भएकोले पनि अभिभावकलाई आफ्नो बारे भन्न सक्दैन,” मनुले भनिन्, “पढाई सक्काएर आत्मनिर्भर बनेपछि मात्रै सबैलाई भन्नेछु ।”

उनले थपिन्, “जीवन धान्नका लागि पुग्ने कमाई गरेर छोराकोे कर्तव्य पूरा गर्न सकें भने बुवा–आमाले पनि मलाई महिलाका रुपमा स्वीकार्न सक्नुहुन्छ होला ।”

मनिषा, मुना, निरजा, रोली र मनु सबैको विचारमा ‘रानी’ बन्न छाला बाक्लो बनाउनै पर्छ । मुना भन्छिन्, “मानिसहरु हामीलाई सताउँछन् । पुलिस, जड्याँहा र ड्रग एडिक्टहरु पिछा गर्छन्, अनेकौं नामले बोलाउँछन, दु:ख लाग्छ ।”
यती हुँदाहुँदै पनि ‘रानी’ बनेर बाहिर निस्किरहेका उनीहरुलाई समाजले पूर्णरुपमा स्वीकार्ने दिनको प्रतीक्षा छ ।

शर्मिलालाई भने दोहोरो जीवन बाँच्नुपर्ने वाध्यता छैन, उनी खुलेरै ‘बाहिर’ आइसकेकी छन् । “अझै सजिलो त छैन, अनेकौं नामले बोलाउँछन मानिसहरु,” शर्मिला भन्छिन्, “तर घरमा आमाले मलाई यही रुपमा स्वीकारिसकेकाले धेरै सहज छ ।”

उनको हातमा लेखिएको ट्याटू ‘शंकर चौधरी’ ले भने उनलाई आफ्नो विगत सम्झाइरहन्छ । “मेटाउन सकिन्छ तर, १८ हजार रुपैयाँ लाग्ने भएकोले वास्ता गरेकी छैन,” उनले हाँस्दै भनिन् ।

शर्मिला महिलाका रुपमा देखिन थालेपछि उनको परिवारले धामी–झाँक्री, झारफुक सबै गराए, बिहे गर्नका लागि केटी देखाए तर, केही सीप लागेन ।
यता शर्मिला (शंकर) भने आफ्ना दाजुभाइसँग खेल्न छोडिन्, आफ्ना वरिपरी केटा देख्दा उनलाई लाज लाग्न थाल्यो । बरु कुर्तासलवार लगाएर आमालाई भान्साको काममा सघाउनु उनका लागि सहज भयो ।

“जहिले पनि मभित्र केही ठूलै गल्ती भएको छ जस्तो लाग्थ्यो, म किन आफ्ना दाजु बहिनीहरुजस्तै सामान्य छैन ? किन म गलत शरीरमा फसेकी छु ? मलाई ट्रान्सजेन्डरका बारेमा केही थाहा थिएन,” उनले भनिन् ।
अन्तत्वगत्वा बैंकमा काम गर्ने उनलाई एकजना उनीजस्तै व्यक्तिले ‘ब्लू डायमण्ड सोसाइटी’ मा पुर्‍याएपछि थाहा भयो, उनीमाथि केही गलत भएको रहेनछ ।

अहिले एकजना ट्याक्सी ड्राइभरकी दोस्री पत्नी भएकी शर्मिलाले फ्रेम गरिएको विवाहको फोटो गर्वसाथ देखाइन् । “हरेक केटीले आफ्नो विवाहको सपना देखेकी हुन्छे, मैले पनि विवाह गरें,” उनले भनिन् ।
खुशी र सहज देखिने शर्मिला आफ्नो भविष्य भने अनिश्चित भएको बताउँछिन् । “एउटा सानो पसल खोल्ने र बाबु–आमा गुमाएका भतिजा–भतिजीलाई पढाउने योजना छ । मलाई अन्टी भन भन्छु तर, उनीहरु सुन्दै सुन्दैनन्”

संविधानमा के छ ?
नेपालको नयाँ संविधान जारी भएपछि मधेशकेन्द्रित दलहरुले सीमामा धर्ना दिए । यता यौनिक तथा लैंगिक अल्पसंख्यकहरुले भने आफूहरुलाई समान अधिकार दिइएको संविधानको खुलेर स्वागत गरे ।

नेपालको संविधान–२०७२ जारी भएपछि नेपाल लेस्वियन, गे, बाइसेक्सुअल, ट्रान्सजेन्डर र इन्टरसेक्स (एलजीबीटीआई) समुदायलाई संविधानमार्फत समान अधिकार दिने एशियाको पहिलो र विश्वकै तेस्रो राष्ट्र (पहिलो साउथ अफ्रिका र दोस्रो इक्वेडोर) भएको छ ।

नेपाली नागरिकले आफ्नो लैंगिक पहिचान नागरिकता र पासपोर्टमा महिला, पुरुष वा अन्यका रुपमा उल्लेख गर्न पाउने संविधानको धारा २१ मा व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । राहदानी विभागले ‘अन्य’ समूहको पासपोर्ट ट्रान्सजेन्डर एक्टिभिस्ट मोनिका शाहीलाई प्रदान गरिसकेको छ ।

संविधानको धारा १८ ले लैंगिक तथा यौनिक अल्पसंख्यकलाई राज्य र न्यायिक निकायले भेदभाव गर्नबाट बन्देज लगाएको छ भने धारा ४२ ले निजामती र राज्यका अन्य निकायमा उनीहरुको सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गरेको छ ।
ट्रान्सजेन्डर एक्टिभिस्टले अल्पसंख्यकहरुको अधिकार सुरक्षाका लागि सरकारको प्रयासको प्रशंसा गरेका छन् तर यसको कार्यान्वयन भने निकै सुस्त छ ।
“संविधानमा हाम्रो अधिकार सुनिश्चित गरिएकोमा हामी धेरै खुशी छौं, अब सरकारले त्यसको सहज कार्यान्वयन गर्नुपर्छ,” ट्रान्सजेन्डर एक्टिभिस्ट भूमिका श्रेष्ठ भन्छिन् । सरकारले समलिंगी विवाह, उनीहरुको सम्पत्तिमाथिको अधिकार, धर्म पुत्र–पुत्री राख्न पाउने अधिकार र सकारात्मक विभेदका मुद्दाहरु सम्बोधन गर्नुपर्ने उनले बताइन् ।

सर्वोच्च अदालतले एलजीबीटीआईलाई तेस्रोलिंगीका रुपमा पहिचान दिन र समलिंगी विवाहलाई मान्यता दिन सन् २००७ मै आदेश दिइसकेको छ । ब्लू डाइमण्ड सोसाइटीकी अध्यक्ष पिंकी गुरुङ सरकारले संविधानका नयाँ प्रावधानहरुको प्रचारप्रसार गरेर कार्यान्वयन सहज बनाउनु पर्ने बताउँछिन् ।
“संवैधानिक व्यवस्था भए पनि अधिकांश यौनिक तथा लैंगिक अल्पसंख्यकहरुलाई पहिचानसहितको नागरिकता प्राप्त गर्न समस्या छ,” गुरुङ भन्छिन, “स्थानीय अधिकारीहरुलाई यसबारे थाहा छैन, सरकारले यसबारे आवश्यक सूचना सबै निकायहरुमा पुर्‍याउनु जरुरी छ ।”

यहा आयको केहि दिन सम्म त काम र माम को कुनै ठेगाना भयन तर केहि दिन पछी भने नेपाल मा गरियको करार नाम भन्दा फरक भय पनि साउदिकै जाबिराह हायल सिमेन्ट कम्पनीमा ड्राइभर काम पायको थिय सायद मेरो लागी त्यो काम नै अभिसाप थियो होला । मन्त्री ज्यु काम त जसो तसो चल्दै थियो मेरो तर यसरी दैब नै म माथी खनिय पछी मेरो केहि लागेन ।कम्पनी बाट सिमेन्ट लोड गरि कम्पनी कै पार्किङ मा राखेको मैले चलाउने माहबाहक ट्रकमा पाकिस्तानी नागरिक चढी आयको कार आपसमा ठोकिदा कारमा सवार पाकिस्तानी को घटना स्थल मै मिर्तु हुनु नै मेरो लागी सबैभन्दा ठुलो अभिसाप बन्यो । अरुको देस अरुकै सासन अरुकै कानुन म एउटा सामन्य कुल्ली मैले बोलेको कस्ले सुन्ने त्यहा । भन्नेले त घरदेस सम्म पनि रक्सी खायर गाडी चलायको भन्ने गलत सन्देश गाउ गाउ मा भनि सकेका रहेछन तर कठै साउदिको ठाउ त्यो पनि गाडी चलाउने ड्राइभर कसरी खाने कसरी चलाउने …?

केहि ज्ञान त मलाई पनि थियो बिदेशी भुमिको ठाउ रक्सी खायर सबारी चलाउदा कस्तो स्थिति हुन्छ भन्ने र म सजक पनि थिय तर आफ्नो दिनै बिगृय पछी कस्लाइ दोस दिनु ।

पार्किङ मा दुर्घटना भय पस्चात पाकिस्तानि र अन्य धेरै मानिसको बाक्लो भिड थियो ।यतिकैमा मलाई योजनाबद्द रूपमा फसाउन केहि पाकिस्तानी हरु मिलेर मैले चलाउने गा डि भित्र बियर का खाली बोतल समेत हाल्दियछ्न जुन प्रहरी ले खोजी गर्दा फेला पार्यो । देख्ने र भन्नेलाइ त रमिता भयो तर मैले आसुको भेल बगाइ हप्ता दिन सम्म खाना नखाइ आफ्नो देस परिवार र आफन्त सम्झियर त्यो कालो कोठरी मा रोयको कुरा कस्लाइ के था । मन्त्री ज्यु हो म धेरै नराम्रो सङ फसे यो खाडिमा काम गर्न कम्पनीले बिमा समेत गरेको रहेनछ जुन कुरा मैले म जेल परेको २१ दिन पछी कम्पनी को मालिक आयर मेरो केस सरकार को नामम गरे पछी थाहा पाय । साउदिको कानुन कठोर र कुर भन्ने जानकारी मलाई पहिलै थियो मन्त्रीज्यु त्यसैले मैले बाच्ने आसा मारेर दिन रात रुन बिवस भय ।

समय पनि बित्दै गयो मलाई थुनामा राखेको २१ महिना पछी लामो सम्पर्क र खोजी गर्दा बल्ल बल्ल मिर्तक का आफन्त सम्पर्कमा आय र उनीहरुको माग अनुसार मलाई साउदिको बिसेस अदालत ले मिर्तक का परिवार लाइ छेतिपुर्ती का लागी साउदी रियल( ३ लाख )झण्डै नेपाली (९०)लाख को फैसला सुनायो र समय केहि महिना थप गरि पुन थुनामा पठायो । मन्त्रीज्यु म एउटा समान्य गरिब किसान को छोरा उसैमाथी स्वदेश को ऋण र भुकम्प पीडित कसरी तिरौ यत्रो रकम त्यसैले मन मनै अब नेपाल फर्कन नसक्ने कुरा सोच्न बिवस भय ।

मलाई सतायो परिवार अनि ति साना नानिहरुको मायाले जस्लाइ मैले राम्रो सङ खेलाउन समेत पायको छैन । हुनत अब आसा पनि कता बाट गरौ सहयोग मागौ थोरै पैसा हैन सरकार को आसा गरौ भने मन्त्री ज्यु को कार्यलय मै बिन्तिपत्र आउदा समेत कुनै वास्ता भयन अब दूतावास को त के आसा गरौ र म भेट्न् र बुझ्न समेत आउन मान्दैन न त फोन नै उठाउछ समयमै । सायद आज अफ्गानिस्तान को जेल मा भयको भय सरकार ले पक्कै पनि छुटाउथ्यो होला मलाई पनि तर म ता खाडिको जेल मा न परे ।

मलाई ठुलो आसा थियो र अझै केहि बाकी छ मन्त्री ज्यु तपाईं को नाम म जेल भित्र रहदा पनि धेरै सुन्छु विभिन्न मिडिया बाट तपाईं झुक्दै नझुक्ने नेपाल को छोरा रास्ट्रप्रेमी जस्ले अफ्गान मा मारियका १२ नेपाली को लास केहि घन्टा मै नेपाल झिकायको थियो । तर म मरेर हैन मन्त्री ज्यु जिउदै नेपाल फर्कन चाहान्छु मेरा बाल बच्चा लाइ म दुखै गरेर भयनी केहि पढाउन चाहान्छु। बिन्ती गर्छु मन्त्री ज्यु मलाई बचाउनु होस। सास भय सम्म आस भनेझै मलाई कता कता थोरौ भयनी आसा छ मन्त्री ज्यु बाचेरै स्वदेश फरकने अनि दुख सुख गाउ घरमा गरेरै भयनी परिवार सङ रमाउने ।

कठै कस्ता अभागी रहेछौ मन्त्री ज्यु हामी आज अल्पाआयु मै बिदेशी भुमिमा फासिमा चडनु पर्न कस्तो कर्म हाम्रो ।आज यहा म जस्ता सयौ पीडित छन माननिय मन्त्री ज्यु म ता एउटा ठुलो चोट परेको मात्रै देखियको छु । कस्ले सुन्ने यहा, हामीले पसिना बेचेर पालेको दूतावास मात्रै कमाई खाने थलो बनायका छन न कहिलै हाम्रो पिडा सुन्न आउछन त न कहिलै सहयोग त्यसैले बिडम्बना आज सरकार पनि कहिले आउला रातो बाकस र सलामी दिउला भनि कुरेर बसेको छ ।तर मन्त्री ज्यु मलाई हजुर प्रति आसा छ यदि हजुर साच्चै नेपाल र नेपाली प्रति उत्तरदायी हुनु हुन्छ भने यि र यस्ता समस्यामा पक्कै ध्यान दिनु हुनेछ ।
अन्तमा :अब मेरो नेपाल फर्कन रहर पुरा होला नहोला म भन्न सक्दिन तर मन्त्री ज्यु म जस्तै अरु युवाले आफ्नो प्राणको भिख यसरी खाडिमा आएर यो काल कोठरी बाट माग्नु नपरोस तपाईंहरुको राजनीतिक खिचातानी बन्द होस र युवाहरुले स्वदेश मै रोजगारी गर्न मौका पाउन । म मरेर गएपनी मेरो देस नेपाल बाची रहोस भन्दै मेरो एउटा मात्रै इच्छा जन्म भुमिमा टेक्ने भएको हुदा सम्पुर्ण नेपाली दाजुभाइ दिदिबहिनी तथा नेपाल सरकार सङ यो अन्तिम पत्र पेस गर्दै बिदा हुन्छु धन्यवाद ।

उत्तरपश्चिम पाकिस्तानीको आदिवासी क्षेत्र खैबर प्रान्तका भएको यस दुर्घटनामा पहिला १५ जनाको मृत्यु भएको समाचार प्राप्त भएको थियो । बाढीमा बेपत्ता भएकाहरुमध्ये थप ११ जनाको शव फेला परेपछि सो सङ्ख्या २६ पुगेको हो ।
खैबर प्रान्तको लन्दी कोताल इलाकाको बजार जखाखेल पहाडी इलाकामा चालकले नियन्त्रण गुमाउँदा विवाह समारोहका ३० पाहुना सवार रहेका यो गाडी बाढीमा पर्न गई बगाएको समा समाचार संस्थाले जानकारी दिएको थियो ।


सो दुर्घटनामा १८ बालबालिका छ महिला र दुई पुरुषको मृत्यु भएको जनाइएको छ । अन्य तीन पुरुष घाइते भएका र एक व्यक्ति अझै वेपत्ता रहेको जनाइएको छ ।

दुहला समूहको विवाह भोजमा सहभागि भएर बारा क्षेत्रबाट बजार जखाखेल क्षेत्रमा गइरेहेको सो गाडी बाढीको भेलमा पर्नगई दुर्घटनाग्रस्त भएको थियो ।

अफगानिस्तानको सीमा क्षेत्रमा पर्ने यस प्रान्तमा भएको यस दुर्घटनामा ज्यान गुमाउने व्यक्तिको परिवारजन र घाइतेलाई पकिस्तानी प्रधानमन्त्री नवाज सरिफले गहिरो दुःख र शोक प्रकट गर्नुभएको छ ।

त्यसैगरी प्रधानमन्त्रीले राष्ट्रिय प्रकोप व्यवस्थान निकाय ९एनडीएमए०का अधिकारीलाई घाइतेहरुलाई प्रभावकारी उपचार गराउन लागि आदेश दिनुभएको छ ।

एनडीएमएका अनुसार पाकिस्तानमा जारी भारी वर्षाको कारण भएका छट्टाछुट्टै घटनामा यसै जुलाई महिनामा मात्र ५५ को मृत्यु हुनुको साथै ३५ घाइते भएका छन् ।

According to the report prepared by Nepal Social Development and People Empowerment Center (NESPEC), that there are 88 children who are forced to do different kinds of labor in three different market places of Udaypur. The survey of different areas of Triyuga municipality, including market places of Gaighat, Bokse, Jaljale, Moti Gada, Purano Gaighat, Deuri and Chuhade, found out many children working as laborers. Similarly, a number of child laborers were also found in other places like Katari muncipality and Rampur Thoksila VDC.
